Colorado AI began with one conviction: the AI era should make life better for every Coloradan, with Colorado the capital of AI in the country. Opportunity and protection belong in one framework, not at odds.

So Colorado AI built its framework around three pillars.

The movement asks every candidate for governor, attorney general, and United States Senate to commit to all three before the June 30, 2026 primary.

Founder · Colorado AI

Paul Foley founded Colorado AI so the AI era leaves every Coloradan better off. A Boulder-born founder and investor, he co-founded the machine-learning company Augur in 2014 (now Wunderkind) and has invested in more than 30 Colorado startups.
