Colorado AI began with two Colorado communities arriving at the same conclusion from different directions. Colorado Startups, a statewide community of founders and operators, saw the AI economy Colorado could build. Let's Vibe AI, a community of builders, saw what Coloradans could create with these tools. Both saw the same opening: one framework could carry the economic opportunity and the protection of Coloradans together.
So the two communities formed a coalition around three pillars. Protect Coloradans when AI products hurt real people. Govern with AI, first in the nation. Lead the AI compute economy, end to end. The coalition asks every candidate for governor, attorney general, and United States Senate to commit to all three before the June 30, 2026 primary.

Paul Foley is the founder of Colorado AI and of Colorado Startups, the state's largest entrepreneur community with more than 15,000 members since 2014. A Boulder-born founder and investor, he co-founded Augur, the machine-learning company that became part of Wunderkind, and has invested in more than 20 Colorado startups. He started Colorado AI so the AI era delivers shared abundance for every Coloradan.
Founder · Let's Vibe AI
Danny Newman is the founder of Let's Vibe AI, the Colorado community of AI builders that meets across Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs, and the owner of ID345, the RiNo warehouse he converted into its home. A serial Denver entrepreneur, he co-founded and sold the location-technology company Roximity and owns the city's beloved My Brother's Bar. He built the community so anyone with an idea can learn to build with AI.
