Protect
Coloradans get real recourse when an AI product causes one of six named harms, and the companies behind those harms answer for it.
Govern
The state runs on AI, with faster licenses and permits, less waste, and real savings for taxpayers.
Lead
Colorado builds the AI economy at home, the chips, quantum, and clean power, with the jobs and prosperity that follow.

We ask every candidate to make ten commitments.
We back whoever commits to the most, across the races for governor, attorney general, and senator.
Protect
- Establish a private right of action for Coloradans hurt by one of the six named harms
- Empower the attorney general to act on the six named harms, with penalties scaled to global revenue
- Create a safe harbor for responsible builders, with a right to cure before lawsuits
Govern
- Deploy AI to catch fraud and waste across state spending
- Process routine state licenses and permits in a single day by 2030
- Use AI to flag every outdated rule for repeal
Lead
- Win federal investment across chips, quantum, photonics, and fusion
- Build an apprenticeship-led workforce and broad AI training
- Build out the clean energy and water the economy depends on
Council
- Convene the Council for the Advancement of AI within 90 days
